Graphics and visual identity project

Graphic Identity

Estrada Design won the bid for the creation of the image and graphic project for the Museum of Human Evolution, one of the most ambitious museum and scientific projects of recent years.

The sign proposed represents human evolution as explained by Darwin until human beings eventually stood up as homo sapiens.

The museum’s graphic identity is based on the typeface, a colour palette, consisting of oranges, ochres, dark greens, reds, greys and siennas, and on the natural integration of the graphics into the architecture itself, via glass support systems on which the information is expressed through well-sized texts.

Throughout this journey, the word “evolution” is highlighted as a key element of communication.
