Boasting a 70-year history, the Type is one of the oldest and respected typography institutions.
“Writing and painting are two closely related activities that are found at the core of the creative process. Painting with letters is something that has always interested me, like writing with images. To transform design into a discipline that proposes images to be read and texts to be observed. This is the central idea of the exhibition. Most of the works on display are book covers, posters and logos created around the same principle”. Manuel Estrada
